I'm a data analytics and HR systems professional with four years of hands-on experience turning high-volume operational data into clear, decision-ready reporting.

Most recently, I was part of the team that migrated Workday HCM for a 1,000+ employee Magic Circle law firm across the UK, EMEA, and APAC, maintaining 99.5% data accuracy while cutting reporting cycles from five days to real-time.

I also built and maintained a Power BI suite used by 200+ stakeholders, covering attrition, turnover, compensation, and D&I reporting — including a module that directly informed office space planning.

Earlier in my career, in e-commerce analytics, I helped lift average order value through data-driven category insights. I'm comfortable owning a project end-to-end: gathering requirements, building the data model in DAX, Power Query, and SQL, then presenting findings to non-technical stakeholders.
