I’ve owned the product end-to-end: talking to inspectors, designing the workflows, and building the full stack – mobile, web, backend, AI features and infrastructure – as a solo founder/engineer.
Offline-first architecture with background sync and conflict resolution so inspectors can work reliably with poor or no signal
Supabase/Postgres backend with multi-tenant auth, seat management and strict Row Level Security for company-level data isolation
On-device speech-to-text (Whisper) and LLM-powered text rewriting to speed up report writing
Photo compression and output file optimisation

The result is a production-ready SaaS that supports multiple companies from a single codebase.
