Increasingly, that also means AI and automation. I founded Fractional Delivery after years of being the person who held everything together in fast-growing teams and learning the hard way what it costs when the digital ambition outpaces anyone's ability to deliver it.

My background sits across economics, digital and delivery, which means I read both the commercial picture and the execution underneath it. I own digital transformation end to end, from the plan through to the day it goes live, and I stay until it runs without me.

I work with two kinds of clients. Established businesses with a serious digital agenda and no in-house digital leader, where I become that senior person a few days a week. And scaling tech or product teams whose delivery has outgrown the way it used to work.

My current engagement is leading the digital transformation for a multi-site care group (1,000+ staff), on a fractional basis: owning the agenda end to end, from setting direction and managing agencies and partners, to modernising the website, systems and marketing, and translating it all into plain terms for the leadership team.

My work focuses on three things. Diagnose: find where digital or delivery is losing momentum and why. Stabilise: bring clear ownership, direction and cadence so things start moving again. Build: put in the operating model and foundations the organisation needs to keep going without me.

Every engagement includes a Delivery Intelligence layer that surfaces risks, blockers and coordination friction early, before they turn into expensive problems.
