During this time, I also restructured the marketing department and reviewed the planning and execution of all marketing activity across the business, making a £250k+ saving in annual marketing spend. Unfortunately following a consolidation of key departments within the business, the role was made redundant.

Key achievements included: Delivery of ghd brand strategy and subsequent brand campaign Thy will be done – most salient brand campaign ever tested by Hall & Partners Pitched and won ghd digital business including full rebuild of e-commerce site. Created both B2B professional, stylist education programs and consumer campaigns including CRM, promotions, advertising, events, packaging, special edition stylers and interior design of headquarters. Pitched for an won BTL work for BP during London 2012 working closely with other agency partners and the organising committee I led the pitch for and retained the RBSG business, TBWA\ not only retained existing business but gained more work on the strength of the strategy and creative presented.
