I was solely responsible for the development of the marketing strategy across all international markets, retail estate and wholesale distribution channels. During this time, I also restructured the marketing department and reviewed the planning and execution of all marketing activity across the business, making a £250k+ saving in annual marketing spend. Unfortunately following a consolidation of key departments within the business, the role was made redundant.
