This European Commission project aimed to develop an advanced database system for data collection and continuous monitoring of medical devices available in the EU market, ensuring they consistently comply with European regulations. It provides transparent and accessible information to all relevant market participants, including regulatory agencies, manufacturers, and healthcare institutions. Part of a large project team with more than fifty members, my role was to manage the software development sprints and to coordinate the preparation and deployment of new application versions.

Project management specific activities for planning, monitoring and controlling for a large project with a budged of 1800 people-month. Full Agile implementation in Jira using Scrum methodologies for a large team of 35 developers and testers.
