I specialize in navigating regulatory pathways, building strong commercial alliances, and creating scalable distribution models.

I work with both manufacturers looking to enter new regions and with distributors seeking innovative aesthetic or medical products to represent. My network includes key players and leading distributors in the UK, Israel, France, and other EU countries—and I’m actively supporting product launches and partnerships in these regions.

Previously, I served as the CEO of Luminera UK, the subsidiary of Luminera Derm—a global manufacturer of hyaluronic acid and calcium-based injectables. I founded the UK branch, led it to rapid success, and played a key role in positioning the company for its acquisition by Allergan Aesthetics in 2021 for $250 million.

Beyond strategy, I work closely with the management and sales teams of my partners. I provide hands-on support, including sales team training, business meeting representation, and tailored commercial guidance to strengthen internal processes and accelerate growth.
