Facilitate stakeholder engagement across HQ and field offices, ensuring alignment on accountabilities and operational priorities.

Directed a $17M product portfolio modernizing WFP’s financial planning with Palantir’s Foundry and AI Platform (AIP). Which included owning the various product roadmaps, overall portfolio strategy, senior stakholder engagement and budget management. Coordinated cross-functional teams (Product Managers, Forward-Deployed Engineers, Business Analysts, Roll-Out Managers, and Communications Officers) to deliver scalable solutions and ensure adoption and value. Solutions included designing large data integration pipelines and models, building AI-powered workflows, and dashboards that

supported the planning and execution of ~$10B annual budgets across global operations. Enabled finance teams to achieve end-to-end visibility of fund utilization and perform scenario-based optimizations to manage supply

chain budgets.
