An expat of 10 countries, she leads with Global perspective shaped by a background rooted in psychology, elite private equity and litigation, Fortune 500 leadership support, and intensive training under world-class industry mentors. She brings commercial acuity and deep emotional intelligence to every engagement and focuses specifically on what the client needs.

Gina studied Applied Psychology at Durham University before completing the Landmark Forum curriculum, with a focus on integrity, impact, self-expression and leadership. She trained as a professional coach through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and has 2 Master NLP Practitioner certifications with Global NLP Training and is also a professionally trained actress through the Bristol Old Vic Theatre School.

Gina spent over a decade working alongside Senior Leadership and their teams as a Management Consultant and then Executive Assistant across a diverse range of Industries and global Fortune 500 organisations including Burberry (Luxury Fashion), Edmiston (Superyachts), Kearney (Management Consulting), Mind Gym (Organisational Transformation), Balderton Capital (Venture Capital) and leading Private Equity firms including Starwood Capital, Advent International, and The Carlyle Group.
