RESPONSIBILITIES

Served as Endpoint Services operational manager and deputy tower lead, supporting service operations across the workplace services tower.

Provides subject-matter expertise in relation to MECM and Intune, including

designing and implementing new configuration manager current branch and Intune features, in collaboration with a team of configuration managers and Intune experts

serving as team lead for day to day RUN to support business clients globally

Holds responsibility for the operational management of more than 40k devices across the company

Managed day-to-day operational performance, including SLA/KPI monitoring, partner governance, billing support, and service review participation.

KEY ACHIEVEMENTS

Directed the design to migrate the Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) infrastructure for 45k workstation devices:

from an existing data-centre solution hosted on-premises at Engie’s IT data centre in Paris, France

to a Microsoft (MS) Azure cloud-based solution

Oversaw the MECM carve-out of 25k workstation devices from their existing environment to a new MECM hierarchy for an Equans customer, hosted within Amazon AWS

Delivered MECM CB upgrades to the product for the whole of the customers’ infrastructure

Served as a member of the project team supporting more than 60k clients to be managed by System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) 2012

Increased performance of desktop management of application deployment, patch management, inventory management, and remote management by at least 50% through steering the design and implementation of solutions for global clients with specific design requirements, including delivery of

MS SCCM 2007 solution to support ~40k workstations and 800 servers

MS SMS 2003 solution, supporting ~15k workstations and 800 servers

Enhanced performance of ways of working to maintain day-to-day activity, structured project handling and interdepartmental communications by leading a programme to restructure the design distribution systems team

RESPONSIBILITIES

RESPONSIBILITIES

Served as permanent consultant outsourced by Axxent Information Services to Electrabel in order to deliver a range of projects, primarily concerning Microsoft System Management Server products

Fulfilled a range of further roles with Electrabel such as

designer of distribution systems for Flanders using Microsoft SMS 2003

systems engineer and desktop management support, holding accountability for infrastructure deployments and monitoring

desktop engineer, maintaining office network for classical production and nuclear power plants in Belgium
