I build custom systems that turn buying signals into pipeline. Most teams already have the key pieces in place - content, outreach, CRM management - but nothing orchestrating them into a unified, signal-led and AI-enabled GTM programme.

Only ~5% of target prospects are in market now. Outreach to a 'flat' list burns chances on 95% of recipients - all while live signals from target buyers (and the opportunities contained in them) are missed.

To solve this, I design and build custom, AI-enabled systems that help agencies & SaaS businesses capture buying intent -> enrich & score leads -> route contacts into timed outreach. Using a fast-evolving methodology and a lean & affordable tech stack, I've helped businesses capture demand they didn't know they had, with campaigns generating 25%+ reply rates using automated systems.

I am currently helping a leading UK-based B2B demand generation agency build a fully bespoke and multi-client signal-capture and routing system for their clients.

Prior to this I spent over a decade building marketing automation systems to deliver commercial outcomes. I'm a computer science graduate who built and ran a national franchise operation - combining marketing strategy & automated execution to help franchise operators generate >£2M in revenue across the UK.

More recently I was Head of Growth at an established B2B web agency, and have consulted at senior level for multiple agencies & SaaS brands.
