About Jake

During my career I have worked within some of the largest and most successful banks, aviation, automotive and global logistics companies, operating in the UK. I am an Agile enthusiast who’s journey first began in a more traditional project management environment, progressing into the Agile realm. I have utilised a catalogue of different frameworks and approaches to optimise value delivery for my clients. My range of roles has given me perspective and experience, viewing transformation in different optics. I am an approachable and energetic people person, who loves meeting and working with new teams. Over the years I have built up a proven track record of coaching and developing high performing, outcome focused squads, in both office based and remote working environments. So far, my career has given me the opportunity to not only coach delivery teams, I have also shaped Agile transformations at enterprise level, coached domain level groups and leadership teams, to eliminate silos and focus on customer value, as well as designed bespoke training material for Scrum Masters and Product owners. My technology exposure ranges from traditional E-commerce and mobile app software development, to large scale data platforms / cloud migrations and experience working with DevOps, architecture and security / fraud prevention functions.
