My focus is the opposite — stripping that back and replacing it with lean, automated, outcome-driven governance that people actually want to use.

With 15+ years leading PMO and transformation functions at Director level, including scaling an integrated PMO from 4 to 30 people and managing £100m+ CapEx/OpEx portfolios, I bring a track record of 5–15% annual cost savings and 100% forecasting accuracy to every engagement.

AI and automation run through everything I do — not as a bolt-on, but as the lens I apply from day one. I use them to cut manual reporting and forecasting effort, automate stage-gate and RAID processes, and surface predictive insight so leadership spends less time chasing status updates and more time making decisions. Recent focus areas include designing Target Operating Models for portfolio and technology functions, streamlining and automating core governance processes, and leading PMO governance through major M&A integrations — including acquisitions at Tesco, Micro Focus and Financial Times.

I work directly with senior leadership — no junior analysts, no hand-offs. Typical engagements: PMO setup and maturity assessments, operational efficiency and governance-reduction reviews, AI-enabled TOM design and rollout, and interim/fractional PPMO leadership for organisations navigating transformation or post-acquisition integration.
