• o Provide project management of multiple simultaneous campaigns across Client, Account, and Product teams.
• o Resolve project obstacles with technical software developers to deploy complex campaigns that include targeted user data.
• o Project management of technical and creative projects for digital, website, app, email, banner, and mobile builds.
• o Budget creation and management.
• o Ensure service level agreements and quality control are adhered to.
• o Facilitate collaboration between technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating technical concepts into understandable terms.
• o Identify and proactively solve resource, capacity, and other risks.
• o Initiate and manage client report creation for project disruptions, creative, or technical errors.
• o Review and implement change management requests, including process improvement support.
• o Training support and onboarding of project managers, writing evaluations and guidance.
• o Coordination with creative (designers, art directors, external agencies) for timely delivery of creative assets.
• o Creation of timelines and budgets, assessing scope for digital and print projects while managing workflow in a deadline-driven high volume environment.
• o Identify project resource requirements during initiation and manage allocation across projects.
