J in a few words
I am particularly looking for start-up projects, new projects or existing projects in need an overhaul with a fresh approach.

I have over 50 five star reviews all on:
- upwork
- peopleperhour
- trustpilot
- positive recommendations on linkedin.

I have a client account on upwork with over £200k spend in which I personally have been responsible for and so I know how to budget, compare, headhunt, interview talent and also audit projects, and advise on strategy.

Additionally, I have amassed a portfolio of:
- over 3000 contributions on Github
- created over 100 Figma UI / prototypes / screens
- created over 100 explainer videos to tech teams and stakeholders
- written over 500 pages of technical documentation
- worked with international teams including CEOs of growing dev agencies

Some technical advantages I possess are:
- setting up cloud servers
- knowing how to navigation SQL / phpMyAdmin
- can read and write HTML/CSS and JS using sublime editor
- file uploads / SSH for troubleshooting
- Plesk, WHM, cPanel,
- I am a rackspace authorised partner
- DNS Records, Cloudflare, MX configuration methods

My ever progressing journey through IT started me out as a graphic designer, then I had gone into website development [HTML, CSS, JS], and slowly went into configuring websites [Magento, WordPress, OpenCart, WebFlow, Laravel, CorePHP, Plesk, cPanel, SSL Certs, DNS Records]

From then I went back into design, but focusing mainly on UI and UX, and writing technical documentation and flowcharts.

I am Google Analytics GA4 Certified, I took this because I wanted to understand the metrics of measuring for the successes of a website for what makes an effective UI/UX.

Today, I see myself as the bridge between business stakeholders and the technical teams (a hybrid Product Owner/Scrum Master).

I particularly enjoy start-up culture, and working on problem solving with innovative methods.

Taking my 10 years of design and web experience by leading a team with creative strategising, client liason, co-working and execution of works. My key role is understanding the client brief, studying their competitors, and formulating a plan to do-it-better with the team. At hikomore, I have managed over 10 talented colleagues and handled communication briefs with over 30 clients. I am usually responsible for the onboarding of a project, as well as the approving all creative materials and executing its digital and market strategy.
  • Glorydale Group
    IT Project Manager
    September 2022 - December 2022 (3 months)
    Surrey, UK
An opportunity opened up for IT Project Manager to which I was promoted. Here, I shifted my primary role from UI and UX to changing the flow of how the team works. I introduced a new in-house project management and communication tool, also I changed the way Jira was being handled between our in-house and external team. I have introduced fortnightly sprints which have resulted in 3x more efficacy in improvements and upgrades to the point that our technology team needed to hire another 4 employees to keep up with our backlog. This meant the company were finally reaching their launch goal with a realistic date in mind. I also wrote over 50 pages of technical documentation and laid down the blueprint for how technology specs should be delivered within the company. We launched a new merchant android and iOS app with MVP focused approach to hit targets and satisfy our customers.
