I help SMEs, founders and organisations design, recover and improve practical digital systems. My work focuses on System Design, build-readiness, SME AI operations audits, workflow automation setup, CRM/lead-flow improvement and stalled-build recovery.

Rather than starting with tools or development, I diagnose the workflow, data, roles, permissions, operating model and readiness gaps first. This helps clients avoid wasted spend on unclear builds, disconnected automation, weak CRM processes or AI adoption that does not fit the business.

I led web and digital services with a focus on helping clients improve operations through practical digital transformation, automation and strategic technology delivery. My work combined consulting, workflow improvement, AI prompt development, no-code automation and client-facing digital service leadership.

I supported clients in aligning their business goals with suitable digital solutions, ensuring that technology decisions were connected to operational needs rather than adopted in isolation. This included advising on process optimisation, identifying workflow inefficiencies, and implementing automation using tools such as Zapier, Make and no-code platforms.

I also contributed to AI-enabled service delivery by creating and refining prompts for client communication and digital interaction use cases. This helped improve consistency, efficiency and usability in client-facing processes.

In this role, I led digital service teams, managed client relationships, and supported project execution from initial consultation through to delivery. The work strengthened my ability to diagnose business needs, translate them into digital workflows, and lead practical implementation across web, automation and AI-supported services.

As an independent IT Consultant, I helped clients improve technology operations, procurement, support processes and business workflows. My work focused on practical systems improvement: identifying operational friction, redesigning processes, introducing automation and ensuring technology investments supported business performance.

I redesigned the technical parts of new-hire onboarding and offboarding processes and automated them using Zapier with Microsoft 365 integration. This helped clients reduce manual admin, improve consistency and create more reliable operational handoffs.

I also advised clients on technology investment and procurement, helping them make clearer purchasing decisions and build an inventory structure that supported accounting, depreciation tracking and asset management.

In support operations, I optimised technical support processes using Zendesk, achieving a 99% IT issue resolution success rate and reducing resolution time by 30%. I also led the project management and implementation of a medium-sized data centre for a multi-tenant office complex, creating a new revenue stream and contributing to a 45% increase in net income.

This role strengthened my ability to connect business operations, infrastructure, automation and measurable outcomes.
