About Lara

Up to now, my primary experience is delivering growth in lean teams, owning all areas of the flywheel (marketing, sales & product), and identifying growth opportunities and creative solutions at scale and speed in both autonomous and collaborative environments.

In all my roles, big-picture thinking, whilst also delivering on minutia in an agile way was key to the success of my roles. This was driven by data, feedback loops and testing.

I am particularly interested in social impact, venture capital and early stage startups.

Previous experience / skills include:

Marketing: organic and paid marketing channels - social media strategy and execution, ads (Facebook, Linkedin), Newsletters, Events (remote and in-person), creating marketing assets (either on Canva or with a designer for more advanced work), Content strategy and execution, copywriting,

Product & Brand: How customer feedback and data inform the wider product, which further informs sales & marketing function: worked both on education/training products & tech platforms, using customer feedback and data. Website analytics & optimisation (WordPress, Google Analytics, HotJar)
