Managing the paid search and display campaigns of all existing Google Ads clients, on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. Keyword and audience research, for existing clients as well as new client research and Google Ads specific proposals, campaign plans and spend and budget forecasting. Monitoring campaign performance to ensure all targets are met or exceeded across multiple customers. Executing and guiding recommendations for ongoing campaign optimisation. Writing and conducting monthly health checks, reporting improvements, deteriorations and general account health to Customer Success team. Produce post-campaign analysis that examines campaign results and creates actionable insights to feed into future campaigns. Preparing and conducting Google Ads training sessions for new employees, existing employees and upskilling, as needed. Introducing new Google Ads concepts to Customer Success and wider team, through process formulation, execution and optimisation. Using Google Analytics and Google Analytics 4 for tracking implementation, testing, optimisation and audience insights.

I have been involved in the process of starting this business, from building and painting to working at the front desk scheduling bookings, administrative duties assisting with sales.
