I'm a Chartered Architectural Technologist (MCIAT) and ISO 19650-certified digital delivery specialist with 15+ years helping the built environment work smarter with data. I've led BIM and information management across major utilities, infrastructure, healthcare and commercial programmes for clients including Severn Trent Water, Scottish Water, National Grid and Sir Robert McAlpine, and advised on enterprise digital transformation during my time at Autodesk.
Today I help organisations turn messy, manual processes into structured, automated, audit-ready workflows. In practice that means BIM and CDE strategy, ISO 19650 implementation, and digital delivery audits and, increasingly, the hands-on application of AI and automation to remove repetitive work. I bring an unusual combination to this: alongside consulting, I've designed and built a full-stack, multi-tenant SaaS platform end-to-end, so I understand digital delivery from both the strategy and the build side.
