I am a Freelance Business Analyst and Project Manager with a love for all things Data. I have a wide range of experience and industries from Financial, Retail, Telecoms, Broadcasting, Charity, Education, Software Development, Service providers, and Oil and Gas.
My experience spans more than 15 years and is within IT and Infrastructure Projects.
Feedback from all my clients has always been positive which I think is largely due to the fact I am adaptable and keen for my projects to succeed. Often this means picking up work where gaps in resources exist. Lesley has been a real asset to the Programme. The project management and business analysis experience she has applied has allowed her to effectively lead and deliver her project.
From working with the business to clearly define the scope for all deliverables in a clear and concise manner, running daily stand ups with internal and supplier teams, pushing the internal and external teams to deliver their tasks and taking the steps to improve their processes at the same time, gaining the trust and confidence of key stakeholders and keeping them updated throughout and on top of that also managing the testing function.
As you can see Lesley identifies what needs to be done and does it.
I would gladly recommend Lesley for any delivery role and I personally will be reaching out to her when I have another contract role available.

Lesley is the best contractor I have ever worked with. Her knowledge and work ethic is second to none. She uses her expertise and common sense to tailor around the situation or project needs. She’s very adaptable. Very capable BA who is able to go above and beyond. She knows how to populate a backlog, nail down requirements. Write requirements as user stories to add context, work with developers and UX expertise. She finds it easy to always maintain the high level vision and keep the big picture in mind.
If I had an opening available Lesley would be my first choice. I have 100% trust and faith in her ability to provide good output reliably with very little need for monitoring her work. If only all contractors were like Lesley.
