Marlon oversaw the company client's product development and technology solutions. With a focus on back-end servers, front-end mobile and stationary workstation setup, maintenance and repair, QA, audio/video communication, IP Telephony, networking (Ethernet, WiFi, Bluetooth, switches, hardware firewalls), research and development.

Responsible for problem solving and solutions for various projects: prototyping and application concept development using the DART / Flutter languages, to created ideas and mock-ups which were converted into functional Desktop, Web, iOS and Android applications, with a focus on Quality Assurance and User/Customer Experience.

Deliver comprehensive Tier 1/2/3 support for Windows, macOS, and Linux environments, ensuring optimal system

performance and rapid issue resolution for diverse enterprise clients.

• Manage user accounts and devices with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Azure, and Intune; deploy standardized desktop images and packaged applications; configure GPOs to enforce workstation standards; streamline onboarding / off-boarding and MFA rollout, reducing setup time and improving security compliance

• Configure and maintain VPNs, switches, and firewalls; troubleshot TCP/IP, DHCP, and DNS to ensure secure

and reliable connectivity

• Coordinate Teams Rooms Pro setup and booking-system installation, integrating desktop systems with peripheral hardware, which enabled seamless meeting-room scheduling and improved user experience

• Author IT operational documentation and staff training materials, reducing repeat incidents and improving support efficiency

Marlon Mehr served as Chief Technology Officer for Studio 7 Media, where he oversaw all research & technological development for the company and was responsible for designing creative technology solutions for the firm's Fortune 1000 clients. Since joining Studio 7 Media in 2003, Marlon's pioneering work on behalf of clients such as Twentieth Century Fox, Fisher-Price, Sony, and Turner Media has led the company to triple-digit growth and established the firm's reputation as the go-to digital agency for customized technology application development and smart fixes to the most challenging engineering issues. With a strong focus on human-user experience, Marlon also worked closely with the company's CEO and design team to ensure successful product planning, implementation and user satisfaction. Projects included:

- Product engineering and standardization of Digital Copy software application, adopted industry wide by Hollywood studios, which was a major role in growing their digital futures. The app has been distributed worldwide on millions of DVDs and Blu-rays. (PC, Mac, Web, Android)

- Technology strategy and product engineering of Studio 7 Media's own consumer branded digital movie app, Hippo, a multi-platform app, which provides an immersive and rich movie viewing experience and a personalized library manager with UltraViolet support.

- Led development of a robust web app that connected kids' USB enabled toys with the web for easy and seamless customization of toys. Technology was adopted by Fisher-Price, Mattel, Nickelodeon.

- Developed a custom, one-of-a-kind, video based Mac installer for the Sony Bloggie Product, providing a rich and seamless experience for consumers.

- Product engineering and technology development for various digital media based apps for Twentieth Century Fox, such as Clips To Go and My Movie Moments.

- Product & Software development and technology strategy for the Hotllama Media Player, an internet-enabled DVD/media player.
