I am an international adaptable management professional having developed my career in Spain, United Kingdom and Mexico. In Spain I worked as a consultant in the private sector writing tenders, projects and business processes. As part of my UK experience I managed high profile complex projects of up to £100 million for the British public sector in civil engineering, sustainability and renewable energy.

Since 2020 I have supported CEOs structuring visions into achievable projects and managing fast-pace operations on their behalf. I have defined business structures, project management documentation, processes and systems to improve productivity, collaboration, efficiency and achieve objectives as well as coordinating staff.
