Focus on the end-to-end product experience. Synthesize user feedback and behavioral insights into clear, actionable recommendations that inform prioritization and drive high-impact improvements to usability and trust.

I shape core user experiences across platforms and contribute to the design team's operational flow — blending product thinking with hands-on design execution and documentation.

I support Lab88 in a non-executive, non-operational capacity, providing strategic perspective to the leadership team at critical moments across product, design, and growth. The role is intentionally hands-off, long-term, and focused on enabling clarity and direction rather than execution.
