I built PrivateMind, a local AI assistant that runs entirely on-device — no cloud, no accounts, nothing sent to a server. It learns a professional's domain and fine-tunes on their own documents, built for firms that cannot send client data outside their infrastructure: law, accountancy, healthcare, financial services.

PrivateMind is the flagship product of Beginza, a UK local AI company building privacy-first software I founded. Building it meant solving, in production, the problem most enterprise AI conversations get stuck on: deploying AI where the constraint is data governance, not capability.

I bring that same discipline to client engagements as an independent AI Consultant and Forward Deployed Engineer — embedded with teams, moving from POC to working MVP in weeks. This is backed by real operational seniority: as former Head of IT and CTO within Hong Kong's financial services sector, spanning trading, settlement, and market infrastructure, I was accountable for these systems, not just advising on them.
