Lead all technical strategy, architecture and engineering efforts.

My role covers both high-level product vision and hands-on implementation across backend, crypto/Web3 integrations, infrastructure and internal tooling.

Key responsibilities:

- Technical leadership & architecture:

Design and maintain Trevee’s global technical architecture, ensuring security, scalability, and reliability across all systems (APIs, indexers, data pipelines, frontends, blockchain integrations).

- Web3 & Smart Contract integrations

Oversee all integrations with EVM chains (Sonic, Ethereum, Plasma…), RPC providers, indexers (Alchemy subgraphs, Ormilabs, Tenderly…), and blockchain data infrastructure.

Define best practices around events handling, TVL/APR computation, and on-chain/off-chain interactions.

- Product & platform engineering

Supervise the development of Trevee’s core products (dashboards, APIs, data services, earning strategies systems), and ensure fast iteration cycles with strong engineering practices.

- Cloud & DevOps ownership

Manage infrastructure (VPS, Docker, CI/CD, monitoring, alerting, security hardening) and guarantee service reliability and cost optimisation.

- Team enablement & tech processes

Define standards, code quality rules, development workflows, and contribute to building a strong engineering culture.

- Strategic involvement

Collaborate closely with founders on product vision, roadmap prioritisation, and long-term technological positioning.

- Led and scaled cross-functional product & engineering teams (up to 20+

engineers) to support business growth and strategic pivots.

- Designed and implemented team structures, delivery processes, and rituals to

support agility, ownership, and accountability.

- Actively contributed to system design, code reviews, and architecture decisions

to ensure alignment between tech and product vision.

Partnered closely with Product, Design, and Business to co-define roadmaps and

translate strategy into execution.

- Drove continuous improvement initiatives in velocity, quality, and team

autonomy.

- Took part in company-wide org design efforts, helping shape a scalable,

collaborative, and outcome-driven tech organization.

- Acted as a cultural leader and change agent during phases of transformation,
