FUNDS DLT - FinTech Investment Platform (Acquired by Deutsche Börse Group, Apr 2024)

• Co-designed a strategic enterprise partnership with Standard Chartered Bank - leading user research, journey mapping, co-design workshops, and usability testing to build features specifically around their institutional workflow. This partnership, valued at ~€8M, was a key driver of Deutsche Börse Group's acquisition of the company through DB1 Ventures.
• Led design strategy and owned all product design from 0→1: discovery workshops, user research, complex journey mapping, and pixel-perfect UI shipped in close partnership with engineering and the founding team.
• Reduced investor onboarding time by 30% (15→10 min) through A/B testing and data informed redesign of the core funnel — directly tied to investor acquisition and business performance.
• Built and maintained a scalable multi-surface Figma design system, enabling rapid, consistent iteration across web and mobile without design debt accumulation.

KIDS STORY AI - Consumer Generative AI Mobile App (EdTech)

• Designed end-to-end UX for an AI-driven content generation mobile app for children: user-to-model interaction flows, prompt-based UX patterns, design system, interfaces and interactive prototype.
• Led AI-assisted user research focused on children's behavioural patterns with generative AI; validated the MVP through usability testing, accelerating go-to-market readiness.
• Complete design package - from research through prototype - directly contributed to the startup securing its first fundraising of ~$800K

• Led a full platform redesign - single-asset to unified multi-asset compliance product - including a new component library, feature-level consistency, and scalable UX patterns. Directly enabled onboarding of 25 new B2B clients (crypto exchanges & banks), contributing to a €2M pre-Series A fundraising round led by Tioga Capital (Oct 2021).
• Designed complex analytical dashboards and investigation workflows for specialist compliance teams - making high-volume blockchain data actionable at a system level, not just individual screens.
• Built the product's Figma design system from scratch, establishing component standards and UX guidelines to enable consistent, scalable design as the product scaled.
• Collaborated directly with engineering through production - reviewing implementation, catching edge cases early, and ensuring shipped product matched design intent.
