A natural technologist and startup founder with a pragmatic approach to project management and product management and a keen eye for detail. Successfully oversaw a variety of projects as a business leader and project manager in the residential smart home, AV & IoT sector, demonstrating a suite of transferable skills.
I feel comfortable in and around all manner of technology projects, including software, hardware, product, and construction.
The experience of founding and running a funded startup has further enhanced my skillset, encompassing company budgeting, strategy development and execution, agile software and hardware product management / development, team management across diverse specialisms, and critical decision making to maintain direction and momentum.

- £4m smart home project into a $180m villa in the Swiss Alps
- multiple other high end smart home projects from £50k to £1.5m
- various projects getting Rithum's smart home / IoT product to market, including hardware & software product management / development, operational projects such as website deployment and 3PL integration, and sales & marketing projects such as pipeline development or campaign activation
I have been lucky enough to win a collection of awards such as CEDIA and NTA's throughout my career.

Ryan is local to me and I have supported him and Rithum with roadmap and strategy input.
