They share our ethos of give and get to support each other and drive scale. I lead to community team in supporting members in all stages of their membership journey. Offering tailored connection suggestions and solutions to challenges. We are passionate about responsible, better growth and proud to be B Corp certified.

During lockdown I started a free members area in my spare time for those dealing with grief and provide guidance one how to manage grief with wellbeing and mindfulness. I designed an online platform where members can join discussion forums, expert-led speaker events and workshops. I managed the moderation of forums, organisation of events and offer personal support to all members. I also run an Instagram page with almost 7K+, and this is where many of my members have come to my platform from. It has been an incredible insight into what it takes to be a community manager and I am so passionate about the service and quality of content for my members. This project was handed over to a charity partner in mid 2021.
