Vlad Noskov

As a Student Trustee at the University Student Union, I have the responsibility of representing the interests and concerns of the student body to the Board of Trustees. My role includes attending meetings with the Board and other stakeholders, contributing to discussions and decision-making processes, and working to ensure that the Student Union is meeting the needs of its members. I also act as a liaison between the Student Union and various student organizations, fostering collaboration and communication between these groups. In addition, I promote the Student Union to the wider student body through social media and other outreach efforts. My role as a Student Trustee requires strong communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Through this role, I am gaining valuable experience in policy development, advocacy, and stakeholder relations. While this role requires me to occasionally attend essential meetings during university term time, I am dedicated to representing the student body and working towards the betterment of the Student Union.

As a technical director/consultant for a CBD ecommerce business, I provide technical expertise and guidance to the company. My responsibilities include working with the development team to design and implement technical solutions, managing the day-to-day operations of the website and related systems, and providing technical support to customers and employees. I am also responsible for creating and implementing technical policies and procedures, conducting technical research and development, and staying up to-date with industry trends and best practices. I work with external vendors and partners to ensure the smooth operation of the business, and collaborate with the management team to develop and execute technical strategies. In my role, I am committed to ensuring the success and efficiency of the company's ecommerce operations, and am always striving to improve and evolve our technical capabilities. So, I believe that I can be an asset to any organization that is looking for a highly skilled and experienced technical director/consultant.

As an Energy Consultant, I managed customer interactions, including billing, meter exchanges, and other inquiries, over the phone and via email. My main focus was delivering exceptional customer service and resolving any problems or challenges in a timely and effective manner. My key responsibilities included engaging with industry stakeholders and customers, promoting appropriate products, identifying and creating new sales opportunities, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. During my time at E.ON Next, I played a vital role in the start-up phase of the business by helping to create a working framework and support system for the Prepayment energy side of the business. This included successfully assisting with the migration of customers from other suppliers and E.ON Energy, as well as effectively resolving any issues that arose during the migration process. I also expertly managed and dealt with complex support queries, often for vulnerable individuals who were cut off from their electricity or gas and required urgent action. I consistently took ownership of these cases and followed up until the issue was fully resolved to the customer's satisfaction. In addition to these responsibilities, I consistently demonstrated my ability to work effectively as a team player and maintained a calm and resilient attitude towards challenging work. I was also open to considering new ideas and implementing change and had the ability to think on my feet in a fastpaced environment. Overall, my performance in this role was excellent and only ended due to starting University.
