As a member of the IT team at GEODIS, my primary focus is on ensuring the continuity and high quality of IT services while implementing good practices within IT Operations. With a global responsibility covering the Asia Pacific, Europe, and Americas regions, I oversee the activities of multiple application and infrastructure

support teams operating within the Transport/Supply Chain domain. Additionally, I am responsible for ensuring the successful deployment of IT security recommendations. This entails managing a team of 10 direct reports and overseeing an additional 20 indirect team members. My role involves supervising the overall performance of each region and ensuring uninterrupted service delivery by employing the ITIL framework. I actively drive process improvements, business automation, and promote employee training and development to enhance team efficiency. Collaborating closely with other IT teams, I coordinate change management activities, including overseeing solution control, conducting risk assessments and non-regression tests, and facilitating communication regarding production releases. Furthermore, I am spearheading the development of a knowledge management database to enhance organizational knowledge sharing. Regular reporting to various business and IT functions is another aspect of my responsibilities.
