Oversee all business and operational aspects of business education e commerce digital publisher, with responsibility for driving attainment of company performance objectives. Manage website in generating sales of digital resources to schools and colleges worldwide, including advertising, guest blog posts with content syndication, and copyright agreements. As Managing Director, my role is to optimise impact of online activities, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, conversion rate optimisation, UX/ CX optimisation, A/B testing and Google analytics:

• Conceptualised and developed online business plan to launch new content marketing website

As Interim General Manager, my responsibilities included managing the business and overseeing all business functions, including full P&L control, sales and marketing, strategic growth, product sourcing, HR, Customer service, supplier sourcing, health and safety, stock control and implementing the business strategy with full accountability. A significant part of my role includes management of all e-commerce functions in Magento with responsibility for implementation and sales from Amazon, EBAY, SEO, PPC as well as internal group and external corporate sales.
