Kal was a great Product Owner to work with. He took time to listen to customers and understand their needs. In building a new data team he was adaptable and willing to learn. He encouraged the team and took time to work closely with people one on one to help them understand and complete the user stories. He was always keen to work to Agile best practice and adapted his experience to dataops type processes. Working to understand the data environment and how best to utilise Epics, Features and Stories to maximise the efficiency and delivery of the team. He was very supportive of everybody he worked with. Kal will bring knowledge, best practice, a willingness to learn and coach, a supportive nature and a drive to deliver to any project he works on.
