A driving force on patch and vehicle/ship marketing promotions and brand initiatives, guiding teams from vision setting to launch date. Facilitating communication, organisation, and accountability within globally distributed marketing teams. A key role in communicating information from the UK marketing and development meetings to the wider global team, also ensuring that communications between teams are accurate and productive. Creating, tracking, and managing tasks for the marketing team consisting of 50 individuals in a global team and ensuring that schedules are maintained and adjusted accordingly to tight deadlines. Working with the brand team to facilitate the presentation of foundational strategies to senior leadership for approval.

Responsible for scheduling, communication and coordination of the tasks that are assigned to the Marketing Art team. Managed product owner expectations on the delivery and design of artwork, always ensuring assets were delivered on time and meeting project requirements taking into account resources available. Problem-solving in a fast-paced environment to ensure that blockers are resolved to keep projects on track and risks mitigated.
