I worked in the digital data sphere remote managing a team in Manila, leading projects, correcting English and researching markets for a media directory product. I worked closely with clients on the successful realisation of hundreds of assignments.

Leadership – Optimised performance of remote overseas data entry research team through outstanding and dedicated supervision and mentorship. Assumed ultimate responsibility for media directory used by leisure, travel and lifestyle clients worldwide to assist their marketing strategies.

Project Management – Increased and enhanced the data coverage of multiple media streams through my systematic leadership of over 500 bespoke research projects, building a vast and accurate archive of profiles for satisfied clients.

Newsletters – During the 4 years of taking ownership of the content and production of the company newsletter and reports, the readership among clients, including journalists, PRs, and in-house, increased fourfold, helping to promote the company worldwide and gain new clientele.

In this research and customer service role, I oversaw content for all UK news content on a media directory utilised by clients to shape their PR targeting strategies. I became an authority on British newspapers and national news media and established myself as the company's go-to authority on newspaper trends at a time of tremendous flux for the UK news industry (eg digitalisation, Leveson Inquiry)
