Developed and successfully launched 3 Battle Royal-style Live Tournament titles in partnership with a leading UK media brand. Developed product roadmaps, budgets and schedules anticipating. Identifying and resolving overruns. Co-ordinated different team members through the different stages of game development cycle; prototyping, market validation, development, Ui & UX, project management, QA & releasing. Identified and communicated project risks and instigated contingency plans where necessary. Developed and maintained the feature backlog to ensure scope os clearly understood the team and always up to date. Tracked and reported on project progress. Created and maintained key documentation: GDDs, risk registers, epics, features and user stories, distributing tasks and acceptance criteria to team members. Monitoring key KPIs and stats across user behaviour and in-app-events to improve KPIs through product enhancements.

Lead development of a series of branded and own label mobile word, number and puzzle games and developed a live trivia streaming application. Designed CMS and sourced all content for games. Built and managed new development team. Business modelling, planning and execution – both F2P and subscription models. Sourced and selected data tracking suppliers to create KPI analysis platform. Established UA strategies and UA agency partners , negotiated, and secured key commercial partnerships. Scoped a highly innovative App in partnership with Cambridge University and Innovate UK fusing psychometric tests into a suite of games using AI.
