As one of four team members, I joined Scalence to take their Email Marketing campaigns to the next level. I managed, created and analysed the full email marketing campaigns for their clients during their busiest season of the year

- including a very busy Black Friday. During my time at Scalence, I worked closely with the founder to grow the client base, boost customer retention and increase brand awareness with new and established customers. We fine-tuned their email lists and outreach using Klaviyo to ensure their customer retention stabilised and grew during my time on the team. Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

- Developing content across many mediums into creative resources, while ensuring the tone of voice was kept in tune per each brand

- Translating initial campaign concepts into tangible strategic plans of content and action points

- Writing copy using my own research, creative outlets and templates

- Creating new templates to improve click through rate and customer retention

- Analysing campaign performance and optimising each campaign to better performance

- Creating and cleaning lists to ensure full optimisation of open rates, customer journey, buyer persona

- Liaising with different team members and clients to build trust and create smooth, well-performing campaigns

- Scheduling content in advance following customer and client research using Klaviyo
