Was responsible to manage the brands under the flagship real estate brand which included hotel, restaurants and school apart from real estate business. Main responsibilities included:

I was responsible for setting up overall marketing strategy and lead generation process. I researched the business, its clients, industry and competitors. I designed strategy to transform the business model and changed it from small design boutique to Brand Design Consultancy. It helped to grow company's revenue multi-fold. I focused mainly on creating niche based on the business expertise, creating effective positioning and communicating it mainly through SEO, SMO and google adwords.

Here I was working as Account executive to handle two existing major accounts of the company. My job was to look after regular marketing needs of these clients and generate more business from them. I was also performing Business Development for the company, so I got chance to attend large pitch presentations. I learned how large advertising campaigns are carried out using 360 degree media. It was interesting to learn how they're meshed together to create desired results in optimum budget.
